Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio, is an American actress. Maggie Grace is most well-known for her roles as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills respectively on ABC's Lost television series. After her parents' divorce the actress left Worthington Ohio in order to settle with her family in Los Angeles. It was a struggle to get by when she got her first part in the acting world in the film Rachel's Room's leading character. After earning an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her portrayal as Murder on the streets of Greenwich of a 15-year old Martha Moxley as a murder victim, she went on to be awarded. Grace Rutherford played Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons of 2004 and was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award (with the rest of the cast) along with her. Grace decided to concentrate on film following her role as Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005. She appeared as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken 2008) in Suburban Girl and The Jane Austen Book Club. She reprised this role in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). She also played Alice as Alice in Malice in Wonderland which is an updated version from the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to the Lost series for the last two episodes as Shannon. The year was 2013, and she appeared in the sixth season of Californication. She plays Faith an actress who is a muse for the stars and catches the eye of Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. Gyllenhaal is a part of the family and is the elder cousin of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her first roles were in the films of her father in his adolescent years. Along with her brother, she appeared in Donnie Darko (2000). Then she appeared on the screen in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in both the action drama Sherrybaby (2005) and the romantic comedy Secretary (2002). The two films were critically acclaimed. In 2006, she starred in a number of films that were commercially successful, including World Trade Center. However the role she played as Rachel Dawes that brought her wider attention in The Dark Knight (2008). In the film, her performance as Crazy Heart as a mother who is a single parent received her a nomination to the Academy Award Best Supporting Actress. Then she played in comedies and dramas such as Nanny McPhee's Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012 In addition to her role as an agent of the Secret Service agent, she also appeared as a character in White House Down (2013) as well as Frank (2014). One of her latest roles included the protagonist in The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal composed and directed her first feature film, The Lost Daughter in 2021. The thriller that dealt with psychological issues was awarded the Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. The film was also nominated for the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
