Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress who works on TV and in films is well known for movies like Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. Alexandra began her showbiz career early. She played lead roles in TV dramas as young at the age of 16. The audience was impressed by her performance on Der Tunnel. This paved the way for other unforgettable roles, including Adolf Hitler's Secretariat Traudl Junge. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were also nominated for Oscars. Alexandra has been engaged in numerous notable projects, both nationally as well as internationally. Some of these include British biographical films, the British Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. She was also an official juror for the Transylvania International Film Festival as and the Cannes Film Festival.
